If I am saved will I still go to heaven or is it only by you done on the earth?
You are not saved by "works". In fact, Eph. 2: 8-9 states "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is a gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." In Romans 10:9 it states, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
